Here's what that actually looks like.
It starts before you arrive
About ten days before your trip, you'll hear from us. We'll introduce ourselves, make sure everything is in order, and answer any questions you have before you travel.
Then the night before you leave, your personal greeter reaches out. They want to know your flight times, when you're catching the ferry, and when to expect you; because on arrival day, they'll be there.
Someone there when you dock
Getting to St. John takes a little doing. St. Thomas airport, a ferry ride, sometimes a rental car pickup. Your greeter meets you and takes the guesswork out of it, guiding you from wherever you arrive straight to your villa.
If you get in before check-in at 4pm, they've got you covered. A favorite spot for lunch, where to grab groceries, a beach to enjoy while you wait. You won't be standing around wondering what to do.
By the time you walk through the door, you'll already feel at home.
